1. Veri sorumlusu1. Who we are

PUCKS, bağımsız bir geliştirici tarafından yürütülen bir donanım + uygulama projesidir. Bu politikadaki “biz”, PUCKS uygulamasını ve pucks.tech sunucusunu işleten taraftır. İletişim: support@pucks.tech. PUCKS is a hardware + app project run by an independent developer. “We” in this policy means the party operating the PUCKS app and the pucks.tech server. IP adresi kişisel veri sayılır. Bu kayıtları pazarlama veya profilleme için kullanmayız; yalnızca güvenlik, hata teşhisi ve yasal talepler için tutarız. An IP address is personal data. We do not use these logs for marketing or profiling; we keep them only for security, diagnostics and legal requests. Because users can send content to each other, we may be required to share these logs upon a lawful request from competent authorities.

3. Cihaz ve yerel ağ3. Device & local network

PUCKS cihazınızla uygulama doğrudan yerel Wi‑Fi ağınız üzerinden konuşur (HTTP). Cihaza yüklediğiniz GIF, fotoğraf, saat yüzü ve ayarlar bizim sunucumuza gitmez; telefonunuzdan cihaza gider. Eşleşme bilgisi (cihazın IP adresi ve eşleşme anahtarı) yalnızca telefonunuzda saklanır. The app talks to your PUCKS device directly over your local Wi‑Fi network (HTTP). GIFs, photos, clock faces and settings you upload to the device do not pass through our server; they go from your phone to the device. Pairing details (the device's IP address and pairing key) are stored only on your phone.

Bu isteklerde kimliğiniz taşınmaz. For features you enable (weather, prayer times, currency, news, plugin visuals, firmware updates) the device fetches public data via pucks.tech. These requests carry no identity information.

iPhone bildirim aynalama (ANCS): Bu özelliği açarsanız iPhone'unuz, iOS'un Bluetooth eşleşmesi üzerinden bildirimlerinizi doğrudan cihaza gönderir. Bildirimler cihaz ekranında gösterilir; PUCKS uygulamasına, bize veya internete hiç gönderilmez ve saklanmaz. iPhone notification mirroring (ANCS): If you enable this, your iPhone sends notifications straight to the device over the iOS Bluetooth pairing. They are shown on the device screen and are never sent to the PUCKS app, to us or to the internet, and are not stored.

4. Arkadaşlık ve kullanıcı içeriği4. Friends & user content

Arkadaşlık özelliğinde bir arkadaşınıza gönderdiğiniz içerik, alıcının cihazı onu alana kadar sunucumuzdaki tek slotluk gelen kutusunda bekler; alındıktan sonra kullanılmış olarak işaretlenir ve yeni içerik geldiğinde üzerine yazılır. İçerik yalnızca seçtiğiniz arkadaşa gider; herkese açık bir akış, profil veya arama dizini yoktur. Content you send to a friend waits in a single-slot inbox on our server until the recipient's device picks it up; it is then marked as consumed and overwritten by the next item. Content goes only to the friend you choose — there is no public feed, profile or search index.

Her kullanıcı, kendisine ne tür içerik gönderilebileceğini (GIF / fotoğraf / sticker / metin) tek tek açar. Yeni bir arkadaşlıkta bu izinlerin hepsi kapalı başlar. Ayrıca herkesi engelleyebilir ve şikayet edebilirsiniz; engellediğiniz kişinin gönderimi sunucuda reddedilir ve bekleyen içeriği silinir. Şikayetler tarafımızca incelenir; ihlal eden hesapların gönderim yetkisi kaldırılabilir. Each user individually enables what kinds of content (GIF / photo / sticker / text) they accept. For a new friendship all of these start switched off. You can also block and report anyone; a blocked person's sends are rejected on the server and their pending content is deleted. Reports are reviewed by us and offending accounts can lose sending rights.

6. Üçüncü taraflar6. Third parties

Sunucumuz Hostinger altyapısında barındırılır. Giriş için Apple ve Google'ın kimlik doğrulama servisleri kullanılır (yalnızca sizin başlattığınız giriş akışında). GIF Market özelliğinde arama yaptığınızda sorgunuz GIPHY / KLIPY servislerine gider. Hava durumu, haber ve döviz verileri ilgili genel servislerden alınır. Bu tarafların kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir; onlara hesap bilgilerinizi veya arkadaş içeriğinizi aktarmayız. Bu web sitesi hakkında: pucks.tech sayfaları yazı tiplerini ve 3B görüntüleyiciyi kendi sunucumuzdan yükler; bir sayfayı açmanız hiçbir üçüncü tarafa istek göndermez. Tek istisna ana sayfadaki karaoke tanıtımıdır: “Karaoke Modunu Gör” düğmesine basarsanız şarkı sözü için lrclib.net servisine istek gider. Sitede reklam, analitik, çerez izleme veya sosyal medya piksel’i yoktur. Our server is hosted on Hostinger. Sign-in uses Apple's and Google's identity services (only in a flow you start). When you search in the GIF Market your query goes to GIPHY / KLIPY. Weather, news and currency data come from the relevant public services. Their own privacy policies apply; we do not pass your account details or friend content to them. About this website: pucks.tech serves its fonts and 3D viewer from our own server; opening a page sends no request to any third party. The one exception is the karaoke demo on the home page: if you press “See Karaoke Mode”, a request goes to lrclib.net for the lyrics. The site carries no ads, analytics, cookie tracking or social pixels.

6.2. Yurt dışına aktarım6.2. International transfers

Sunucumuz Hostinger altyapısında, Frankfurt am Main, Hessen, Almanya (Avrupa Birliği) veri merkezi bölgesinde barındırılır. Hostinger, Frankfurt tesisinin sahibini Digital Realty olarak açıklamaktadır. Apple ve Google'ın kimlik doğrulama servisleri ile GIF arama servisleri (GIPHY, KLIPY) de yurt dışında çalışır. Bu nedenle yukarıdaki veriler Türkiye dışına aktarılır (KVKK m.9 / GDPR Bölüm V). Our server is hosted on Hostinger infrastructure in the Frankfurt am Main, Hesse, Germany (European Union) data-centre region. Hostinger identifies Digital Realty as the owner of its Frankfurt facility. Apple's and Google's identity services and the GIF search services (GIPHY, KLIPY) also operate abroad. Your data is therefore transferred outside Türkiye (KVKK art. 9 / GDPR Chapter V).

Aktarım, hesap ve arkadaşlık özelliğinin çalışması için teknik olarak gereklidir; bu özellikleri kullanmadığınızda hesap/arkadaşlık verisi sunucumuza gitmez. Önemli: Almanya'nın GDPR'a tabi olması, KVKK m.9 bakımından tek başına bir yeterlilik kararı değildir; Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu henüz yeterli korumanın bulunduğu ülkeleri ilan etmemiştir. Düzenli aktarım, KVKK m.9 kapsamındaki uygun güvencelerden biri (örneğin veri sorumlusundan veri işleyene standart sözleşme) tesis edilerek yürütülmelidir. Aydınlatma metni, gerekiyorsa ayrıca alınması gereken açık rızanın veya uygun güvence işleminin yerine geçmez. The transfer is technically necessary for the account and friends feature; if you do not use those features, no account/friends data is sent to our server. Important: Germany being subject to the GDPR does not by itself constitute an adequacy decision under Article 9 of Türkiye's data-protection law; the Turkish Data Protection Board has not yet designated any adequate countries. Recurring transfers must rely on an appropriate safeguard under Article 9 (for example, the controller-to-processor standard contract). This privacy notice does not replace any separate explicit consent or appropriate-safeguard procedure that may be required.

7. Saklama süresi7. Retention

Hesap verileri (kimlik, ad, arkadaş listesi) hesabınız açık kaldığı sürece saklanır. Arkadaş içeriği, alıcı aldıktan sonra yalnızca yeni gönderim üzerine yazana kadar durur. Oturum kayıtları, çıkış yaptığınızda veya yenilendiğinde silinir. Şikayet ve hata kayıtları en fazla 12 ay tutulur. Account data (identity, name, friends list) is kept while your account exists. Friend content stays only until it is overwritten by the next item after delivery. Session records are deleted when you sign out or when they are rotated. Abuse and error reports are kept for at most 12 months.

7.1. Güvenlik tedbirleri (KVKK m.12)7.1. Security measures

• Oturum anahtarı telefonunuzda işletim sisteminin güvenli deposunda tutulur (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore) ve yalnızca Authorization başlığında taşınır — adres satırına veya kayıtlara düşmez.The session key is stored in the operating system's secure store (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore) and travels only in the Authorization header — never in a URL or log.
• Parola saklanmaz: giriş Apple, Google veya tek kullanımlık e-posta koduyla yapılır.No passwords are stored: sign-in uses Apple, Google or a one-time e-mail code.
• Kullanıcı içeriği erişim yetkisi sunucuda denetlenir; engellediğiniz kişinin gönderimi sunucu tarafında reddedilir ve metin filtresi sunucuda uygulanır.Access to user content is enforced server-side; a blocked person's sends are rejected on the server and text filtering runs there too.

8. Hesabınızı silme8. Deleting your account

Hesabınızı uygulamanın içinden, kimseye sormadan silebilirsiniz: Arkadaşlar → profil kartı → Gizlilik & Hesap → Hesabımı Sil. Silme geri alınamaz ve şunları kapsar: profiliniz, 5 haneli kodunuz, arkadaş listeniz, bekleyen gelen kutunuz ve medyası, davetleriniz, giriş bağlantınız ve oturumlarınız. Arkadaşlarınızın listesinden de kaldırılırsınız. Ayrıntı ve alternatif yol: Hesap SilmeAccount Deletion sayfası. You can delete your account inside the app, without asking anyone: Friends → profile card → Privacy & Account → Delete my account. Deletion is irreversible and covers your profile, your 5-digit code, your friends list, your pending inbox and its media, your invites, your sign-in link and your sessions. 9. Haklarınız (KVKK m.11)9. Your rights

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun 11. maddesi uyarınca şu haklara sahipsiniz: Under Turkish KVKK (art. 11) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:

Silmeyi beklemeden kendiniz yapabilirsiniz: uygulama içinden Arkadaşlar → profil kartı → Gizlilik & Hesap → Hesabımı Sil (ayrıntı: Hesap Silme). Diğer başvurularınız için support@pucks.tech adresine yazın; talepleri en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Başvurunuzda kimliğinizi doğrulayabilmemiz için hesabın e-posta adresini ve 5 haneli PUCKS kodunu belirtin. You can delete your data yourself, immediately: Friends → profile card → Privacy & Account → Delete my account in the app (see Account Deletion). For any other request write to support@pucks.tech; we respond within 30 days at the latest. Please include the account's e-mail address and 5-digit PUCKS code so we can verify your identity.

10. Çocuklar10. Children

Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamayız. Bulunduğunuz ülke daha yüksek bir yaş sınırı öngörüyorsa (GDPR m.8 uyarınca AB üye devletleri bu sınırı 13–16 arasında belirleyebilir) o ülkenin yaş sınırı geçerlidir ve bu yaşın altındaki kullanıcılar için veli/vasi rızası aranır. Bir çocuğun hesap açtığını fark edersek hesabı sileriz. The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Where your country sets a higher age limit (under GDPR art. 8, EU member states may set it anywhere between 13 and 16), that limit applies and parental consent is required below it. If we learn that a child has created an account, we delete it.
